The Film
16 year old Keith and Taylor have a violent confrontation with an adult sexual predator.
16 year old Keith and Taylor meet at Soul Healers,
a support group for sex abuse victims. Taylor has an online relationship with Kool Dude, who says he’s 17 years old. Keith suspects he’s an adult sexual predator like the one who victimized his sister; so he sets up a sting. Kool Dude turns out to be a lesbian in her twenties, and forces herself on Taylor until Keith intervenes. A skilled martial artist, Kool Dude overpowers Keith, but Taylor shoots and wounds her. Shaken by this experience, Keith and Taylor decide to create a hot line to provide support and counseling for young sex abuse victims.

Biography
Ilunga Adell performed in, wrote and directed productions at the American Place Theater, The Black Magicians theatrical troupe, the Negro Ensemble Company, and the Public Theater in New York City before becoming a Story Editor for “Sanford Son” and writing 14 episodes of that iconic series.His television writing credits include “That’s My Mama”, “Watch Your Mouth”, “Up & Coming”, “The Righteous Apples”, “Wonder Works”, “227”, “Roc”,
“He’s The Mayor”, “A Different World”, “Married With Children”, “Moesha”, and “City Guys”. Ilunga co- created and executive produced the popular Nickelodeon series “My Brother and Me.” He scripted the short film "Island Song", which won the Audience Appreciation Award at the Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles, CA. He plans to develop “Avenging Angels” into a feature film.
